Hillary Raised $6mil in 24hours

I'm not betting the house on any of these numbers, but if this is true that means hillary was able to keep pace with Obama + the Kerry List. Which is pretty impressive if you think about it.
I guess her money troubles may be a thing of the past.
The staff is now getting paid.
All of that is good and all if in fact this is true, its difficult to say what is and what isn't this campaign season.
BREAKING: Last Ras C-47, O-40
Tue Feb 05, 2008 at 08:25:11 AM PDT
Yes, I cherry pick polls but here is the last (before sup tues) rasmussen national tracking:
http://rasmussenreports.com/...
Hillary gained a point and Barack stayed at 40. I'm not sure if gallup is coming out with one last national tracking.
I also would like to take this opportunity to ask if anybody knows about possible exit polls coming out and if so when.
I would like to say good luck to the clinton people and obama people in that order. Yes, you know where I stand. I would also like to say good luck to ronald reagan, mitt romney, ron paul and john mccain. in that order. because that's pretty much the GOP's order of themselves anyway (save a move or two for jonny macccccccain.)
BREAKING: Survey USA

CALI
C-53%
O-41%
Missouri
C-54%
O-43%
MASS
C-56%
O-39%
Overall, these numbers are very good for Hillary. Maybe Zogby isn't correct?? Or maybe he is? Who knows. My head aches.
I wonder if indeed MA could be a tie if so many outlets show a double digit hillary lead.
The Polling % of Women is important. Any poll with less than 57% women is going to be off. Many polls still do general election breakdown 52-48
ObamaKos.com the new dailykos
Wed Jan 30, 2008 at 01:42:52 PM PDT
Its here. At first I thought Kos was going to be a bit more well, open-minded, but here it is. This is no longer a blog for liberals to chat and discuss and build for the Democratic Party.
Instead, its a blog for Obama.
Hillary's 800,000+ votes don't mean anything
Tue Jan 29, 2008 at 08:12:24 PM PDT
When all is said and done tonight, over 800,000 people will have turned out in Florida and voted for Hillary. That's fairly amazing. I know for those to whom this isn't good news, there will be a story.."oh, its not REALLY an election. it doesn't matter at all. its meaningless. zero. nada. nothing"
But think about it for a second, Hillary turned out nearly a MILLION voters tonight, and she didn't even (or some might say barely) campaigned.
If absolutely nothing else, it shows a few things:
Who was LIKED more?
Mon Jan 07, 2008 at 01:32:44 PM PDT
Now that we're in the business of choosing candidates for how good they make us feel, I'd like to take a quick poll. Well, you can respond in the comments because I'm gonna ask a few questions.
Hillary:The Hil is Dead. Long Live the Hil
Fri Dec 14, 2007 at 06:58:31 AM PDT
What I really, really enjoy about the current mainstream press is that somehow its over for hillary. Not to make a big mention of it, but our favorite website drudge is even asking, is this the end?
Is this the end for hil? she's maybe 1pt behind in NH (thats a tie, if you're into statistics). she's been leading or a close second in iowa. (I'm not going to link to these polls because you all know the NH & Iowa polls, if you want I can repost the links)
she's totally destroying the field in nevada....(http://www.pollster.com/08-NV-Dem-Pres-Primary.php)
Second Choices
Mon Dec 10, 2007 at 09:17:21 AM PDT
Alrightee all. Since the important iowa caucus fastly approaches I am going to ask for a simple, easy to understand mini-NON-zogby poll here. Actually its not really a poll, I just want you to respond.
Here's the question:
Why I'm switching to Hillary
Fri Nov 23, 2007 at 09:04:52 AM PDT
A lot of folks on this site might remember me as a big Edwards supporter. I even was critical of Kos when he said Edwards didn't have the money to compete in the General. I flirted a bit with the Obama campaign, because I just loved some of Obama's speeches and I think he is simply a good, good man.
But I'm switching to Hillary right now. That could change, I'm apparently a swing voter this primary season.
How is Kos Doing??? Re: pain
Thu Oct 11, 2007 at 11:42:51 AM PDT
this isn't so much of a diary as it is an inquiry. it was mentioned in a few days ago that kos was in pain and couldn't get a CT scan.
any news on that?
im pretty sure that he had blue cross blue shield in cali, which is apparently a few steps away from a death sentence. at any rate, if anybody has any thoughts, please tell.

hey Hillary supporters, how's war with Iran?
Wed Sep 26, 2007 at 01:03:04 PM PDT
Here's a little sense of what our good senators think of about war with Iran. Yes, there is a lot of disappointment to go around. But Hillary voting for a resolution that senses we should use "military instruments" against Iran?

Kos Just Kicked Some Ass on Hardball
Mon Sep 10, 2007 at 04:28:19 PM PDT
I don't have a lot to say on this diary except to say that Kos just kicked some serious ass on hardball. Not "W" type kicking ass. Real ass kicking.
I know this is more of a comment than a diary. But I'm really proud of Kos today.
My Lobbyist Will Write My Diaries from Now On!
Mon Aug 06, 2007 at 11:20:38 AM PDT
You know, for the longest time I felt I was pretty much on my own in this mad world. I was my own advocate. If I didn't work hard, I'd probably be pretty darn screwed up. Nobody looked out for my interests.
Until yesterday when I learned that I am represented by a Lobbyist. I'll call him Loopy. Loopy Lobbyist.
Now, I feel a LOT better.
What's Your Favorite Quote?
Mon Jul 09, 2007 at 11:41:09 AM PDT
In the most recent issue, Ted Sorensen was asked by Washington Monthly to write a speech for the 2008 Democratic Candidate at the Convention. He came up with this.

Here is what I think are the best lines of the speech.
We remain essentially a nation under siege.
an easy solution to gun violence
Thu Apr 19, 2007 at 09:03:10 AM PDT
You want to know what americans know about guns? Know this: The NRA has a $180 million operating budget.
Want to know what americans don't know about guns. Know this: The Brady Campaign has a whole lot less than $180million.

Domestic Violence Isn't Just a Woman's Problem
Mon Apr 16, 2007 at 03:07:34 PM PDT
From what we know so far about the crimes at Virginia Tech, the gunman was an angry man who wanted to kill is girlfriend...Domestic violence.
in other words: a woman's problem. so not really important. violence against women is widespread in this country and around the world. in american we think: sure, we should do something about it. but it's just not that big an issue. how many presidential debates focus on this type of violence? yet it effects millions of women in america every second.
is there a doctor in the house?
Thu Dec 14, 2006 at 07:33:32 AM PDT
i wanted to just write up a quick open thread maybe for just doctors who are familiar with the condition that sen. johnson is in.
is this brain hemmorage worse than a stroke?? what is the general thing that happens in this situation?? How likely a chance does he have for survival???
i just think we need a thread right now that is reserved for professional medical opinion.
short diary, but its an emergency situation.
